First thing to do is contact us via email quoting your order number and reason for return. We'll respond promptly.
SHIPPING for returns?
In the case of manufacturing faults or packing error’s we will, of course, cover return postage costs. You will be responsible for return postage costs for “change of mind” returns. Are original shipping rates are not refundable for "change of mind" returns.You take responsibility for items during shipping when sending back to us, just as we take responsibility to get our orders safely to you.
CREDIT for returns?
On receipt of returned goods you will be contacted and a refund will be made, via the same method your initial order payment was made.
Instore return option?
You can, if convenient, return items to our factory outlet in Hobart at Salamanca Market, site 295, any Saturday between the hours of 7am and 3pm.
